Learn more about what you can expect from HIVE 2021 from a few of our community coaches in the ELA Community and the Math Community. In a series of short Vlogs, they break down what they will present at this year's conference, as well as share their past experiences from HIVE.
Here’s what some past HIVE attendees have had to say over the years:
- 8th Grade Math Teacher Sara B. Vaughn: “One gal’s opinion—teachers are loving #OURHive so much because they are not used to being treated so well and respected so much. Thank you @openupresources and @LBrookePowers from the bottom of our big giant teacher hearts. Words are not enough.”
- 8th Grade Math Teacher Lena Medlock: “We can't wait to break down everything we learned and get ready for the new school year! Amazing experience! Amazing people!#OURHive”- Lena Medlock
- 6th Grade Math Teacher Megan Henderson: “Grateful to my district and principal for sending us to #OURHive #OpenUpMath This conference has been transformative with many takeaways. Many connections made with math teachers across the country.”
The most prevalent feedback we've received from HIVE attendees is an appreciation for new, lasting relationships and the abundance of resources to take back to the classroom.
